Great place, excellent and friendly staff. Keep it up! For a patient who is nervous or afraid of having any hospital treatment, a good, caring service is vital to make them feel comfortable and at ease. The hospital is very clean as well. I wouldn't feel nervous going back there any more as I know I would be in very good and capable hands. Esther was the first nurse I saw and she was wonderful and helped me with my gown so that I could have some dignity! <3

Everthing, you can trust and rely on. The whole team is super, and i appreciated the proffesional care i needed. Twice i have been on the same ward and twice perfect looked after.

Well looked after especially straight after surgery. Occasionally I had to wait too long though I knew nurses are stretched but did feel in safe hands. Staff are very supportive and friendly. Stoma care nurses are fantastic-cannot fault them.

All staff have been delightful. Friendly, helpful, considerate. This includes nursing staff, cleaning staff and catering staff. Care could not have been better. Slight down side is Wifi slow and difficult at times (though dongles I was given helped) and safe would not open to be used.

I was transferred to Frederick Salmon ward after a day in the acute unit following admission to A&E for anaphylactic shock. During my 3 day stay on the ward I was treated extremely well. The staff at all levels were caring and efficient and kept me informed of my treatment. I have very strict dietary requirements due to allergies but they coped with this very well offering me various choices. Hospital food traditionally has a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that all the food I had was of good quality and of sufficient quantity. There was nothing I could not eat. The one negative comment is that the ward is primarily used by patients with bowel problems so the toilets were used a lot. Although they were generally clean, they probably need checking a little more frequently.
